I've had a lot of trouble with turnouts rubbing my guy's shoulders. He is a TB but a WIDE TB, he just has a huge chest. Rambos fit him the best, I haven't had any luck with turnouts outside of the Horseware line.
With the fly and tick problems I'm sure...

I would not recommend the Kensington sheets for anything with broad shoulders, although ....
If pulling on the shoulders is a huge problem, look for sheets with a shoulder lining--I think there's a 75 up right now.
They slide.

Each will have different shoulder width.
It has become much easier after the 90's linebacker shoulder trend cut.
