The Reds would be best advised to trade this guy. He had a good last 6 weeks of the season when nothing mattered. At his age and at this point you probably could get some descent prospects for him. With the Reds going nowhere next year trading Arroyo ...

Arroyo - 7 Volquez - 6 Owings - 5 Harang - 5 Cueto - 3 While looking that up, though, I noticed this: Arroyo's ERA in three starts at GABP: 6.34 Arroyo's ERA in four starts on the road: 2.86.
On May 17, 1:34 pm, "Chuck" <chuckw...@bellsouth.net Agreed. 3 runs in 7 innings is unacceptable. Pitchers who can deliver 200 league average innings grow on trees. Lets just dump this turkey and plug someone else in there. Sarcasm aside, he's had...

If there was supposedly so much interest in AJ Burnett, wouldn't there also be some interest in Bronson Arroyo if the Reds picked up some of the salary?

Interest in Bronson Arroyo if the Reds picked up some of the salary? maybe but the salary part no.
