Does it ever come out....chunky? Yesterday it was practically gone and today the cramping and brown blood is kicking up. I went to the bathroom and it's like it's coming out in clumps or chunks....all still brown though.

Tuesday I had some very light brown blood (like barely there on the TP when I wiped, but still there). I called the doc office freaking out and they assured me that it was ok, brown blood was fine, it should stop in the next 24 hours. Well, it didn't....

Good luck to you! I've heard that brown blood is "ok" because it is considered, I had thought I had started my period because of brown/pink blood from implantation...this time no blood at all..
Call your Doc again.

Update - Well, nevermind the brown discharge. I'm bleeding. Bright red. A few small clumps it looks like. A little crampy now, too.
I called the on-call OB and I need to go in tomorrow for blood work and possibly another u/s scan. I'm devastated right...

I don't know a lot about progesterone cream, and the brown afterwards (even weeks after) can be the old blood from before just coming out late.
That brown is old blood and nothing to be concerned with.

I was 7 weeks exactly I had 2 days of bright red spotting followed by 2 days of brown spotting you have seen some blood but it has stopped
However if you have previously found out you are rhesus negative it's more serious as if your babies....

Be sure to call your MD or CNM if you are worried though you miserable .
It is even normal to have it streaked with 'new' blood.
Totally normal as long as you aren't having painful cramping .

Any ways came blood, not spot or dry brown bloodIf you have protected sex I doubt this could be some STD, and I don’t even know if blood , prostate , urethra or testicles.
