Is browsing speed depends on browser (like IE,firefox)?
If it depends on browser which browser is best and works fast?
And if we clear the cache in browser will it slow down the browsing speed?

I am running Internet Explorer 9, version 9.0.8112.16421 on Windows 7. Every time I open IE9, I receive a message saying: "speed up browsing by disabling add-ons". How do I prevent this from displaying?

SRD If you want to adjust the the time it takes for add-ons do the following Open up The Command ToolBar>Tools>Toolbars>Disable Add-Ons> The add-ons currently load should pop up you can now adjust the times to suite your needs .

I don't use torrents often so this may be just something simple I overlooked. When using uTorrent (haven't tried any other clients for now), although download+upload speed are not 10% of my connection, the browsing speed goes to hell (extremelly slow)...

The problem is, XP (and pre-SP2 Vista) only allowed 10 "half open" TCP/IP connections - a half open connection is one trying to connect, and an open one is one that's connected .
What OS are you on? If it's XP, try this TCPIP.sys patch .
