Hello!
I am plannig on going to the Nepal /Tibet/Buthan area in May.
I want to do the EBC trek first, and then stay a few days in a Buddhist monastery, to be able to meditate a bit and learn a lot about buddhism.
I have googled a lot, and found one monastery...
