Anyone with them and had to make a claim? My insurance is due soon and looking to save some money, but don't want to save money by going with a company that is difficult KWIM?

Has anyone gone through the full procedure of being assessed for personal budget/direct payments
by this i mean being assessed by social worker.... being allocated a personal budget.. and being visited by a broker to sort it all out?

There is a RaceTrac gas station literally....
Are there any stay on the same road--it curves to the right, changes names, and Budget is maybe a mile on the right.
CANAVERAL, FL 32920 US and it looks almost direct once you get onto the FL-528.

I'm talking with a co-worker and letting her know that the 2013 budget actually reflects an increase over 2012 despite the fact that it's called a "doomsday budget"....I tried googling to see if I could get some hard numbers to compare the two or a percentage...
