Why do studio's constantly give him roles in big budget movies? He's never been a big box-office draw. The movie R.I.P.D. that's coming out has a $200M budget and rumor is it's a stinker. I just don't understand why they keep throwing money away.

To make a movie, and then make two movies, that's awesome, but don't call it a zero dollar budget, because even like this genre of movies, but this looks really good.

What I'm thinking of is some movies or TV shows where the acting and the writing is awesome - but it was made many years ago, or made on a small budget, arguably too small to really depict the subject matter of the production (but could not be done today...

I don't understand why they no longer make good B-movies, something low budget but still enjoyable. There were a TON of them in the 70s-80s and they started thinning out in the 90s, now they seem gone.

These days, though, even big-budget movies are largely they are all self aware SyFy crap, like failed parodies of actual B-movies.
Charm that you find lacking in newer B-movies.

It used to be that B Movies while not always the best at least had entertainment value. The filmmakers did everything they could within the limits of their budget to put out the best product that they could . This a Something that is lacking in so many...
