Red, hard white, soft white? And seriously, how do you use it? I get grinding it to make flour, but how do you make cracked wheat cereal out of it? Or even better, cream of wheat?

Im 6 months into piping and just got my McCallum Wood pipes 2 weeks ago!!! I have an instructor and meet regularly with him once a week. I practice about 1 to 1 ½ hours a day and am 42 years old. I LOVE practicing on the chanter and listen to pipe music...
