If it is a volume....
I would go with builder B - the house should always be the primary concern in the long run imo the builder is going through to start handing over funds that they will also expect you to hand over your of those "deals").

Im not in a place to test this right now but changing it to this might work
PurPurchaseData->FieldByName("Place")->Value = String("");
if that doesnt work you it will be in the way you have set up your columns .

I find it so frustrating that I keep getting told things will be at a certain stage by a certain day, to not have it done by then. Why don't they just give themselves a few extra days in their estimating as 'just in case'.
I don't want my builder to hurry...
