how do you install strut inserts?
i havent bought a pair yet but im planning on getting the stagg struts here kinda soon an justt want some heads up on how to install them

Assembly is opposite the staggstruts i seen the fronts were ... .
Remove insert.
There is a flat nut of sorts that retains the inserts, put the strut assembly in the vice and use ford wrench (or some channel locks) and unscrew the retainer.

Need help with Rallye Inserts So i'm getting a new Quiksilver bumper this week as I currently have a 1.1 bumper on my quikky, I have got some new Rallye inserts too and just wondering how to replace them with the spot lights on the bumper.

This is probably the best modification I've ever done for the least amount of money required, ever. Second to the Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket, but I definately favor the inserts since they seem to "do more".
And what do they do?

90% of the stiffness @ the wheel without the rear insert....
TIP: Without the rear motor mount insert in, you retain aprox.
Plus worth it.
Years without inserts and now with inserts its the best feeling, no more sluggish feeling.
