Exfoliate to get rid of and dead flaky skin and then use lots of moisturizer, and wait like try using a primer after your moisturizer....
Seems like you have dry skin instead of oily for 16 years.
Try using a tinted moisturizer instead of foundation.

Hello,
We have a 1.5 yr old pug, living in India.
He has been having these red bumpy spots on his body for sometime now.
The vet says its bacterial infection, gives him shots (probably allergy shots), asks us to apply SPECTRAZOLE lotion and they go away...

I would just stop using the oil and let her skin clear up on its....
Now its my go to for any baby skin problems.
My daughter got baby acne) and it worked great.
But she so small and her skin is so delicate.
With plain water as needed.
