Unfortunately Edinburgh's bus station is not an interchange like many cities have, it is really just a coach station....
If you arrive at Edinburgh's bus station, the number 8 bus would be the best to get for Telford.

From the bus....
Greyhound arrives at the central bus terminal at Bay and Dundas , while GO uses Union Station (at Bay and Front).
The Greyhound bus and the GO trains don't use the same station, though both are downtown.
