My friends are arriving at PVR about 7PM. The next morning they will take the bus from the bus terminal about 8AM heading to La Manazanilla. Can anyone recommend a hotel or two, of decent quality, that would be reasonably convenient to both locations?...

We arrive at 9:30 am and plan to take the bus from the downtown Cancun terminal to Merida. (don't want to wait around until 1:30 at the airport). Can anyone tell me approx cost for cab to downtown bus terminal? I believe it will take about half an hour...

They are 20 and 50 minutes after the hour for a while .

Star Shuttle is fine; I used them just last week and they run from both the main terminal; I'd go for something in Chinatown rather than one of the places directly opposite the bus station of where the Star Shuttle bus stops.
