Why is George W. Bush rated the Worst President Ever??? I heard this yesterday from a Tanzanian American cousin of mine. He said in his 8 years as President of America,he left no legacy!

As well as over-seeing (or actually turning a blind eye) to the current economic meltdown he must surely be regarded as the worst US president ever for lying about the WMDs leading to attacking Iraq - with Afghanistan only as an after-thought.
