I called the provider to try and find out an e-mail address and fifty minutes later I was finally told that no, they don't have an e-mail address. Which, as I knew and she knew, was a lie since a company this large has at least internal e-mail addresses for their employees. I tried not to get rude, and for the most part succeeded, except for the moment I asked one of the women if she had even been listening to me since she was trying to tell me to do something that I just told her I did.
