Are separate billing and shipping addresses necessary?
Also, if it us true that you have so many orders with different addresses that you cannot call them each, you may want to look into an IVR solution that does voice Authorization Via phone, these solutions are supposed to be good to at least assist with chargebacks. One such company is Voice Stamps if I'm not mistaken.

Do you have to inform banks and businesses if you change address?
I used to do this - rented, but had all bank info etc registered at my mum's address. When I did a credit check recently it threw a wobbly due to the electoral roll difference.

An IP Address of a Visitor - Is that very accurate?
The only reason to use a proxy server is to hide your identity right? A legitimate person wouldn't use something like that?

No e-mail address?
I just spent fifty minutes on the phone with my mobile phone provider. I had a question that I wanted answered by e-mail so I had proof of the discussion and answer. Their website has an e-mail option, but it wasn't working. I called the provider to try and find out an e-mail address and fifty minutes later I was finally told that no, they don't have an e-mail address. Which, as I knew and she knew, was a lie since a company this large has at least internal e-mail addresses for their employees. I tried not to get rude, and for the most part succeeded, except for the moment I asked one of the women if she had even been listening to me since she was trying to tell me to do something that I just told her I did.
The situation hasn't been resolved yet and I just sent out a letter of complaint to their survey website. Would it have been rude for me to ask her for her own business e-mail address so she could forward it on to the right department? Any suggestions when I have to call back again tomorrow?
