Analyze how much developer time is spent deploying and doing routine maintenance on the production server. You may need a dedicated sysadmin if this gets to be more than the typical developer's hours worked in a week if this is consistent for a few weeks. So, if there is enough time spent deploying and applying patches that would be an indicator to me. source

Hi folks, I work doing domestic and business repairs networking etc. We are a team of about 3 techies, a web guy and our admin lass any suggestion on an out of the box tool to do stock, book jobs in, allow us to monitor time on jobs etc Any tips apreciated. I don't do the email system but we have about 15K accounts and the limit is 250MB. I think they are going to upgrade their systems in the next year or so to support 1GB max. source
