Someone wants to order some of my CafePress product in bulk to sell in their own shop (no...it's not the nigerian scam artist...it's someone I know through a WAHM group). Do I need a business licence to sell like that?

You can pay taxes on money you earn without having a business license.
That it's a bulk order makes not need a business license to pay the taxes, either.
I don't see any reason that you would need a business license.

Can anyone tell me if you need an operators licence if you only have a 3.5 tonnes van (large sprinter type) which you intend operating as a courrier business.
I was under impression that if vehicle was less than 3.5 tonnes no 'o' licence was needed but...

Unfortunately we used intellilock to licence our software.
A licence file works in everywhere but not in one of our clients. It's a really stupid situation because we have no inner knowledge or way to debug the licencing component:
