Hi, My client has a media-less license for Office 2007 He has since re-formatted his hard drive, and no longer has the software.
He has his certificate, and license key..
Where can we download it, to apply the license key to?

The DVD case should have the link in it - http://www.microsoft.com/office/backup/ was the one my dad had on his, though it might vary based off country .
You need to contact Microsoft, they can point you in the right direction .

If a license isn't required, why would you get one? I have a general business license as required license in order to legally conduct business and collect sales and usage taxes.

I got my business license today! It was a real simple process but it will really make you feel like you are headed down the right path. I already feel like I am head and shoulders above all the other facebook photographers. I got a DBA license.

Service for a charge otherwise....you are doing business without a license Please be brutally honestlogically speaking it makes sense to have a license if you are continuously providing the same photography when your business....

No, you don't need a business license to sell on etsy.
In other words, unless, and that was a bite I wasn't expecting.. .
In order to legally sell items for a profit you need a business license.

Presumably if your license was such that you agreed to be liable and file a D/B/A certificate (D/B/A = Doing Business As) so you actually do business as "Pashasoft.com.
Would be to use your own name.
