Anyone care to explain this to me? Not interested in the exceptions or the so-called "bio-degradable" arguments. "In General", people who would not throw other types of litter on the ground think it is perfectly acceptable to throw their cigarette butts...

I was out on the weekend driving around the GTA and I could not believe the amount of trash that has accumulated in the ditches over the winter.
It's really disgraceful that people don't hesitate to toss their trash out their window. There's more garbage...

I am pretty disgusted by all the litter at the rock face at bronkies, not to mention the car park area as well.
