If I rent a dedicated server, and for some reason the IP that I get assigned turns out to be on spam lists, is there any way to clear this up?

Generally spammers use fake email addresses while spamming the actual users....
Just had a look on a bunch of Spams.
So blacklisting the Email addresses or Domains rate.
And they never use the same address again and again.
