I'm trying to find a good bagel with low points.. I tried the healthy life bagels and those are good but I would like suggestions for bagels I would get a restaurant like Panera.. Or are they all high in points?

You can get a smaller bagel or eat just half (or scoop out the insides-which I think is a shame...) if you want to save points.
You'll get different ideas of what a "good bagel to you.
Good bagels" is pretty subjective.

I haven't started buying the Bagel Thins Everything flavor, and they're decent.
I haven't yet found a "real" bagel that is ww points friendly (meaning a true NY style chewy bagel).

So what is your favorite between the two? to go along with your answer you can put your favorite flavor/tpye of doughnut or bagel (and toasted/non-toasted, flavor of cream cheese, or non at all, etc.).
mine would personally be a toasted blueberry bagel...

I like poppy seed bagel and multigrain ones.
Bagel is my usual morning order (which I never buy outside nor carry at home don't know why).
If I want sugar in the morning or a good solid meal .

The choices abound:
Plain, sesame, poppy seed, marble, egg, onion, 'everything'.... strangely, I grew up liking pumpernickel bagels, but haven't seen one since I grew up in the NJ/NY area. A raisin bagel is sacreligious.

Less than half the points of a regular bagel.
Specifically, the Western Alternative Bagel is the lower carb one.
I hate to pay for shipping but I haven't found anything .

Of the company is Carb Krunchers You cannot buy them in the supermarket but if you have some kind that deliver them.
