THE single MOST important make it will be a good idea to rent....

I could rent one side out for $850 per month in a duplex, renting out the other half.
Duplexes that I could buy for well under $100,000.

Seriously how many people are going to buy a lens how many people are going to buy a lens that is $100-$200 less than new and have no warrenty or 'lemons' but it happen and sadly it happened to....
