I was told, as of May of this year, Garmin no longer offers one time free unlock code for map updates C550,,,,Aug of 2007 sometime...JT yeah deff hold off!!! you will get the free update from the date with unlocking the dvd....

Unlock codes are available for purchase online from Garmin, and this process does nothing to shortAnyone know anything about....
Installed on your PC, and you will, of course, need valid 25-character Garmin unlock codes for each.
