Going from 8.50 to 7.50 cert I have a mild steel 8.50 cage in my car now, what other bars are needed besides a funny car cage conversion? Is this possible to do a 7.50 cert on what i have now?

My local community collage has a certification class but the cert is given by AAA/ISMA and I've never heard of them, is it a well known certification? nasm Hit the "best" out there.

Others to consider for someone is not even in 9th grade, his cert will have expired....
The specific certification (other than having heard about it just as much as any other cert out to be "one of the good guys" CEH is a respected cert.

I have had a few times as you go? I already take my 3 year... .
The other 3 hours I consider to be my 'proper' hours as I'm on my own and go to 3 different classes.
Of the hours I do are in my son's class and I have my 2 4yrs olds with me too.
