When running CMS reports and choosing the Australia/West time zone the reports are off by 1 hour.
I have confirmed.
The time on their phones (Australia) is correct.
PBX time is correct.
CMS is clocking off of PBX. ACD setting to PBX.

I recently installed version R16 at one of our testservers in the Citrix farm, the program starts up gently if I start it directly at the server with a user that already runs Avaya. ( With local admin rights)
But when I try to start the program published...

I had to give authenticated users full control on the folders:
C:\Program Files\Avaya (I had to create this folder manually, then give the permissions)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya .
Citrix XenApp6.5 on Server 2008R2.

We currently have CMS 15 but upgraded CentreVu Supervisor from 15 to 16.3 on some of our laptops because it is compatible with Windows 7. We are having issues with it working under some Windows logins but not others. Does anyone know what the specs are...

If it is hanging on initializing Supervisor still running after CMS has been shutdown, but it in your case it could be that the userAre you using IP....
You go into CMS Servers within CMS Supervisor, we use IP Addresses.

Normal telnet-connections are still working.
This did only happens if the Supervisor Client uses SSH to connect to the CMS.
We've had a similar problem.
