Hello! I have installed Avaya CMS Supervisor R.16 on the computer with Windows 7. On the logining i have a message "Error: -2147221162 Location:FrmMain:InitLogin". Server release - R14.
Early on computers with windows XP and supervisors R15 i had no problems...

Try adding a new supervisor via CMS terminal access, it's the same Supervisor....
My guess is CMS Supervisor fails for the same reason, so what you need to do is free that if possible.

Tried copying it to the CMS, but it is in a txt file format, it is saying it should be in a .rep file format.
Copy the attached file into your CMS Supervisor and give it a whirl.
