I had a 93 cobra previously & dealt w/american hobbyist insurance, it was 300a year w/an agreed value 0f 20,000.
I tried them w/this 04 cobra I just bought & the Quote: is 460 a year..
seems high, anybody got any other companies they can recommend?

Position to find out what constitutes a "lapse in coverage" by the new insurance carrier.

Does anyone have a contact number to Novartis HR for Cobra questions? Are they supposed to send out a bill or information regarding Cobra? A phone number would be helpful. Thank you.

COBRA extended benefits? I was recently laid off a month ago from my job. My insurance ended 6 days ago, and I broke my wrist 3 days ago. If I elect to sign up for continuation of benefits through COBRA, will the insurance cover the injury?
