Hi, I am new to the CPAP world since 12/9/11. I was given the System One with the QuattroFX mask lg. I don't thinkit fits very well as it leaks alot and it seems I have to make it very tight to lessen the leakage. It makes me wonder if CPAP is working...

Has anyone tried the PurSleep Aromatherapy for CPAP
Was thinking of getting the starter kit. Though my CPAP is in a Drawer, so not sure how well that would work.

Many doctors will tell you that the key to disconnecting from CPAP for good is losing weight. My question is whether anyone has actually been able to safely stop using CPAP because of weight loss?

I can nap without my cpap; however, I think my 'dependence' on the cpap will delay my wanting to even try to sleep at night without it.
I have lost almost 40 pounds now.

I had my first sleep study in 2002 after my wife said that one of us had to sleep in another room. I had the sleep study and the Dr's Associate told me that I had sleep apnea. She never really explained anything but said I needed to use a CPAP at night...

I've used xPAP therapy (CPAP then BiPAPAge has nothing to do with the need for CPAP.
It got worse over time.
I never found sleep all that restful.
