Anyone using CRM type software that they are happy with? Been demo-ing quite a number of packages and have yet to hit pay dirt.

I've been asked to look in to setting up a CRM for our company. Since I've never even used one before, I don't really know what's good and what's not - I got "volunteered" for the job because I'm more "good wiv pootas" than the others...

Salesforce.com being you what need your company sees the CRM filling? Is it a shared list of email/phone contacts!
There are also some fairly challenging ....
So there's good money in CRM packages that work well.
Money for companies.

I heard from one rep that he loves ACT 4 Advisors which is ACT modified by another company. $389 for a single seat.

Do a google search on "insurance crm" and you will get lots of suggestions.
Any suggestions like AgencyPro.

I have CRM 2011 installed in a NON-IFD configuration. I was able to install the rollup for the server with no issues. Server restarted fine and my database is accessible from within my single domain network via IE with no issues. When I attempted to install...

SugarCRM looked interesting as some of these packages, cloud or not, I get overwhelmed....

MailChimp can integrate with CRM systems and, if using a paid account, can send auto-responder ....
Recommendation because there are so many packages out there and it's best to choose according to what fits to nurture with triggered emails.

The higher end CRM products usually integrate with
accounting packages and let the accounting or in addition to.
