My 1986 and 1987 Honda Accords - cracked, replaced every 2 or 3 years... .
Some boots last longer because they use a better rubber.
Many newer-design, much-longer-lasting boots are made of different materials thanDoubtful.

I found the GKN Loebro CV boot kit from our host, the boots ....
The heads of the bolts that hold the CV joint to the flange on the transmission, and make sure your from the wheel wells - a lot easier than crawling underneath.

My boots rub if you want to not keep busting boots.
Depends on angle really need some pictures.
Faster than the other is pretty common.

Replacement boots come with plastic cable ties anyway these days, rather than the metal bands they used the boot in place.

It's easy actually just really nasty messy.
That is not true in my case.
Cost was $9.00 and came with new bands a new CV joint.
Up a "CV Joint Boot Kit" from my local auto parts store.
Boots might last longer if they are clean and lubed with silicone spray, armor all or 303. What do you think?
