I just have a couple of question about the Bill Pentz cyclone
1. Was anyone in Alberta ever had it built for them in a metal shop, if so can I have a contact name
2. Were is a good source to get the impeller preferably...

People are like a box of chocolates.
If you put one of them into Bill's cyclone they would fry in short order.
But I know of one person here in Ontario.

Fuel cooler I have seen theblower manifolds with an intercooler under the blower that is fed nice cool lake water, but what about a fuel cooler?
Kinda like using a heat exchanger but for runnig the water into it first when its the coldest.

A cooler charge will make more power vs fuel cooler and it indeed dropped the temp of the fuel from 140 degrees to 55 degrees but it didn't correcting like where your....
Fuel creates a denser, cooler charge, as does cooler air.

^ you already said it hyper 212 evo is the best bet under this budget..
Regarding AOC 120 ST i have no idea official review is yet come, i think its slightly larger than hyper 212 so it has to do well, will be happy if its like hoc series in performance...

Last year I crammed in a Radeon HD5750 to run games while folding on my GTX460 and a GF9600GSO.. but I no longer have that 5750 nor any similarly performing cards...

How about I just remove the shroud of any reference model and poke it into that bottom PCI-E slot?
The Cyclone has a bigger fan and heatsink it looks.
Looking at the Cyclone and at a ref 460's heatsink...
