What would be your all time favourite cake ? I'm currently loving carrot cake and convincing myself it's part of my five a day but I think I need to expand my tastes - any suggestions ?

Im the same as you, I barely ever use whey as a standard 'shake.' It always goes into oats or sludge for the most part .

Psyllium actually tastes very clean, almost like raw wheat, when you stir in the early nineties with food....
It tastes very good, is not sugar free, but it leaves you with the same gummy teeth problem.
Suppliment with psyllium in cookie form.
