In your Google Apps Calendar, go to Settings->Calendars.
In Google Calendar, you can do so by using iCalendar (Internet Calendar, nothing to do with Apple's iCal application) files.

The only way I can see to do this at the moment is to publish the reminders to a calendar you host, and get to manually subscribe to the calendar....
Unfortunately there is no public API to interact with the calendar store at this stage.

UPDATE: I found that Desktop App still shows the most updated info from iPhone device, without having to sync/back-up the device to desktop....
