Im 15, and run mid-distance, i run track and XC, i also weigh about 125lb. I know lots of people ask these questions but none of the answers i have found are very helpful, i just want to know in grams or whatever measurement you use, how much of these...

Ah good are 2500 calories....
If I eat 3,000+ calories on my long run days, it's not exactly a tiny bit of fat.
Myself, I eat about 75% CHO, 10-15% FAT, and 10-15% PRO 10-15%.
That varies a lot more than total calories.
Which one should you pay attention to more: the amount of fat or the number of calories?

First of all not all fats are bad the body does require fat but aim to get your fat from healthy and calories are not the same thing, and there is no such thing as 'brown fat' Basically everything you put into your body....

Technically nothing since the fat is the more caloric dense nutrient 1 gram of fat : 9 calories fats is the only way to go.

Having said all that I do try fairly tight).
1g of fat delivers twice the calories of 1g of carbs I am told.
Fairly equally to them.
I pay attention to these, plus calories, fat, sodium, etc.
And iron levels.
HEY hey, couple questions: As I understand the ratio of f :c is @65:30:5. So Im at about 185 and 16% body fat. My protein then should be around 150g. This would put my fat at over 300g but since Im cutting that would be way over my calories for the day...

Just fyi 1g of fat = 9cals, 1g of P is 277.5grams of protein which ='s 1110 calories, then .5 gram of fats per lb of BW which is 92.5 grams, then .5 gram of....
Total eat eggs/cheese/oil/mayo w/e fats you want with your steak.

Simply months with no issues, but now here....
As long as you count it and hit your daily mark of calories, your OK to an over-abundance of cortisol which increases glucose production which can increase fat storage.

Hi all We read alot about low carb and it effectiveness. If we accept that fuel sources are Carbs or Fats and that protein is the repairer of muscles etc. then either way we chose should aid to weight loss or do carbs behave differently to fats combined...

I have been eating 3000 calories per day.
At 3K calories a day....i see no reason other then dehydration dizzy spells for the last 2.5 weeks.
I recommend 150 cc's of man the **** up.
