Sorry, if this sounds like a silly question but since I don't have the book in my hands yet and I am doind DD tomorrow, do I need to count fat (olive oil, butter) I cook in and add this to calories. I am afraid it is YES. I just checked 1 tbs olive oil...

Tyring to figure this one out....
most of my fat comes from avacados, salmon, nuts, coconut oil and sometimes bacon etc
i'm trying to build muscle and lower BF%

Saturated fats aren't bad for you because youroh cheese and eggs too....
You need some fat in your diet, otherwise you will go crazy and binge requires fat to function such as nutrient absorption.

I feel like I'm always struggling to meet my daily fat intake. Going by the calculation of ~1g of fat per kg of body weight, I round that to somewhere between 50-60g of fat per day.
I usually add some sort of nut butter to whatever I'm eating throughout...

You could probably hit your daily fat total with a nice....
Avocado and olive oil.
I've found that saturated fatsTofu actually has a pretty good protein:fat ratio.
Dress it up with fats and you're good.
Run you like 50 calories.

Will it affect my weight if I don't use up all of my calories, carbs, fats, and proteins in a day? Does whether I gain or lose weight depend on this?

I think what is concerning is if your for the calories you burned.
I was far below my calories yesterday.
I generally don't eat all of my allotted calories, and have had great that way, Anthony.

When trying to bulk should we be adding addition calories no matter where they come from? Or are carbs or fats specifically more optimal?

I've ordered a protein shake this morning as I keep ending up with extra calories left at the end of the day and I can't find a low fat and low carb real food version of something to eat! It's an expensive way of making sure I eat enough. Any alternative...

WeightWatcher's has a brand with only 50 calories per stick getting in the calories LOL.

I have my meals planned to be 1100 calories, 60 carbs, 60-70 protein and 20 fats. According to the 1g protein = 4 calories, etc. rule, my calorie intake each day is only 660? But the total that i've worked out is 1100 each day. Is there a problem with...

I'm not trying to lose....
And also eat back some exercise calories to work for me.
Find your TDEE and subtract 15-20% and eat that much .
Why so low? eating 1100 calories will not be good.
For snacks, i eat 1 oz of nuts or 1 fruit .
Per meal.
