Calvin & Hobbes is a truly great comic which belongs in the proverbial Hall of Comics Book Fame and fauna take on near-human qualities....
Calvin: "I'm a genius, but I'm a misunderstood genius."

My favorite comic book series ever! The comics were created Bill Watterson. It follows the adventures of a six year old boy named Calvin and his tiger friend, Hobbes. Talk about the series and you can post some of the strips as well, like I will!

Straight to 'reply' and note that , I think Calvin & Hobbes was the best, but it has been equalled to my new favorite, "Get Fuzzy"....Satch and Hobbes are very much alike, and Bucky and Calvin are equals.

didn't have his characters break the fourth wall (or that someone was glad
that Watterson didn't)...

Though in Hobbes case it would be a look of amazement
at the narcissism/egotism of Calvin.
