So i went to camber my rear wheels and noticed i had no camber plates on top of coils. Wondering where the adjustment would be at.

Gotta get my 2 cents what you are doing.
You'll need aftermarket RUCA (and rear toe arms) to get any decent amount of camber.
You can adjust your stock eccentric washers to get *some* camber

Fronts shorter then backs for toe in/--\, fronts longer then backs for toe out \--/ .
