Ok so I'm expecting a bit of backlash with this one but here goes....Im thinking of doing the Cambridge Diet for 6 weeks. What do you all think? I understand that its a quick fix and I also understand theres a good chance of putting the weight back on...

Just a thought!.
I know there are members at SW who have diabetes and seem to loose weight successfully and safely every week .
I would recommend she seeks her GP or Hospital Consultants advice first before starting any weightloss programme .

I just rang about it and it sounds like lipotrim. I dont know much about either.
I need to lose 3 stone, iv been doing WW and lost the stone but im 30 in August and want to look fab! and would like to lose it fast!

I know people have mixed views on this diet so I'm not looking for people to give me grief about doing this diet, I'm here to see if anyone else is doing it and looking for moral support.

From what I just read about the Cambridge diet, it does be able to exercise on a VLCD like Cambridge.
Back and probably put some more on besides.
