How do you carry your camera gear? I know this could have gone in Kit and Gear or elsewhere, but I am getting to enjoy walking and taking a pair of bins and my DSLR and associated stuff with me.
My problem is that no-one seems to make a backpack that ...

Wonder if anyone can help here please. Are there any backpacks which are geared towards carrying photographic gear or alternatively camera bags which attach to backpacks? I'm quite a serious photographer and for my trip to Oz next year would love to take...

You can get camera backpacks that take a little bit of gear, still isn't second nature and I have caught myself up more than once Aarn packs, with the camera gear carrying....

They will hold an SLR with zoom lens.

Biking and Cameras - how to carry and protect gear I have done several searches and have not found any discussions on the topic of carrying photo gear when biking. My apologies if I missed it - please direct me.

I carry a compact, relatively cheap camera and/or my cell,
so the camera is actually resting....
That way it would be easily accessible, possibly even while riding .
Maybe a frame bag or bento bag would work (depending on size of camera).

I'll be selling "some gear" in a couple of months along with a few other things. Previously I've only sold on eBay but would like to avoid this in future, mainly due to the ~12% cut taken. Does anyone have any tips?

Guys Canon got new lenses out.
First out is 24-70 f/2.8 II USM:
- Shorter
- Improved optics
- Filter size 82mm instead of 77mm
- Zoom lock at 24mm to prevent creep
- Now without the awesome reversed zoom function with the fancy lens hood.
