Not sure about the out-of-the-box C#....
Try different speeds (if you can get a camera with this value configurable, might help).
Of producing high quality low blur images, I would go with a camera with really fast shutterspeed to analyze.

Unfortunately....
The pinhole camera specs would only be the inputs to the camera setup routine.
That the z component is equal to the distance from the camera to the plane-- in fact, scale x and y for this at camera setup time.

I needs the 411 on what's good and what's crap when it comes to night vision. Of course I can just go out and buy the most expensive kit out there but that would be dumb. I've allready tried Harbor Freight and returned it within days.
