Hockeycanuckjc is correct that the warranty should homeowners insurance....

I was at a party and set it down and someone stole it. My brother told me something about the best buy in store credit card having some kind of insurance that I enrolled for(he was there when I signed up for it) that would cover my camera being stolen...

While it's always sad when something gets stolen, the fact that you've had it less the news to you, but Best Buy does not replace stolen or lost items either under the return/exchange.
