Your father needs to recover his account - and it might be that the hackers have also changed his event, immediately he regains access to his account, he should take steps to re-secure it against heard of.

when a user comes and order something then he pays ,then 5 minutes later he changes his mine ,can a "cancel " button be by each order number in user order history? or even when in pending or processing....
