Under the 14 day cooling off period what level of cancellation fee is it justifiable for an insurance company to charge? I always thought the 14 day period was supposed to allow no charge (beyond for any cover 'used') cancellation akin to the distance...

Don't have the cancellation that they charge a £45 cancellation fee which is actually pretty small - and then pro rata premium the cancellation....
