Is it possible to rent a car in Cancun at Europa car rental and drive to chetumal. Leave it at their lot then go to Caye caulker come beck and pick it up then use it to get around Mexico. Return to Cancun. Trying to avoid one way car rental

May I ask why you wish to rent car? The reason from Zihua for a couple days and we like the freedom to jump in the car if we need it.
The airport is small and you can rent a car there.
