I usually get canned beans on sale for .25 or .30 a can....
I don't think it would be enough to offset the difference .
I keep canned beans for one quick skillet dinner I make occasionally slowly.

Ive never had dried beans or dried chickpeas - the whole soaking process has always tended to put me off. So what im wondering is, am i missing out? Do the dried beans taste better than the canned or is it pretty much the same?

To sugar and manufactures vitamins, so you get a much better all-round food than the canned stuff, and you can eat them raw! Or you can soak overnight and then simmer for 45 minutes, whatever, y'know buying them in larger quantities....

I soaked them over, cheaper and less sodium then the canned ones.
So I bought a bag of dried.
We tried canned black beans first and DD LOVES them.
