Tuna is fine, but you should eat no more than 4 tins per week because of the mercury count.

I eat this often....
Plate your tuna pancake up with some avocado and maybe some tomato slices and there you go.
Mix canned tuna, chopped onion, celery, your choice of seasoning and a couple raw eggs then dump and brown the other side.

Can easily be made, with a tuna fish can.
A neat cheap heater & light.
On another note.
My biggest complaint 5 oz.
I love tuna, and eat about 6 cans a week.
can use them to help light a fire....
