Churches or cemeteries in Canning Town Is anyone aware of which churches or cemeteries are in the area of Canning Town as I would like to write to them to see if I can find out where some of my ancestors are buried.

I think I need to find the location of Dartmouth Road, two nearby roads to Dartmouth Road, Victoria Docks, Canning Town, were Ivy Road and St Thomas Road Docks, Canning....
Wikipedia has Canning Town as being in Newham.

Does anyone know what a good stock-up price is on canning supplies? I'm thinking jars (all sizes, wide mouth prefered), seals, and pectin. I guess pickling salt would also go in there, but I've never seen a sale/coupon for that.

I'd call it bottling or preserving.
The town I grew up in still has one, I don't know how you can call that canning.
These canneries used to be more common.
