I haven't tried many places to be honest, but our family really likes tuna from Chucks/index.html/ zueth-
I'd recommend Good News Tuna who is a sponsor on this forum and provides probably of October 2016.

Just bought some smoked salmon collars, and they were delicious. It got me thinking about tuna collars. I haven't been saving them, but am I missing something? Does anybody use the collars, perhaps for smoking or canning? Give me some ideas.
