I've been trying to put up my pictures under My Garage but they won't upload. Another C5 member wanted to see my painted cans so I'm posting them here. If anyone can hint me on how to upload pictures to my garage, I'll appreciate it.

I remove the labels, cut out the lip, clean them and use them for work pots. Same goes for oil based products I use in them except for I just brush them as clean as I can and allow them to dry out.

I leave the leftover paint for the customer...I wash the empty cans + lids out just like I'm doing dishes of cutting cans and have to buy them for $2.50 each at the paint store...It's nice to have clean ones, that is a good....

Also those spray cans use a marble in them So take it out AFTER can is empty I don't advise you.

Can anyone tell me if there is a such thing as a Good Quality Paint and Clear in a spray can that can be used on front end componets and backing plates, One that oil and brake cleaner wont attack.
I do have paint guns and good products I can use w/ hardners...

Success with Model Master's 2 Stage lacquer model paints, Mopar Touch Up paint in spray cans is different than your average spray paint, but not the difference between cracking and flaking or not.

I want to paint the black fireplace surround, as pictured. Does anyone have advice on the best type of paint to use? Assuming that spray painting is the best option of application?

I redid my fireplace and used a spray can of Black Stove paint as well.
If you just want black, you can get rattle cans of paint with DannyT.
Enamel you like as it will not discolor.
