Thought I might share some pics of the H-bodies that showed up at the local tracks in Nova Scotia this year; these are the guys that keep me excited about my own project even when there's not a lot of progress.
BTW these are all 9-sec. small block powered...

Putting the 76 GT on the "Jegster " chassis is now officially on the back burner; I have bought a partially completed 72 Vega that will not only be a whole lot less work, but end up substantially lighter due to the fact that it's all round tube construction...

Snagged these today; the came off a 1988 Firebird drag car with a "Jegster" chassis. Vega spindles with Wilwood rotors, calipers and brackets; original caliper mounts have been sawed off and the new caliper brackets bolt onto the holes that were meant...

It's amazing the lengths some people go to fit some decent rubber under an H-body; this Monza drag car has been split and widened somewhere in the range of 6"-8". The proportions aren't too bad and it's not even obvious unless you look at the space left...

'72 Vega with '93 Camaro LT1/M29 T56/12 bolt 3.31.
At the very least, use different passwords for banking/private websites than you use for chat forums .
It's a good practice to always use a different password for every website .

Got two schematics online for 20 bucks and it looks like one is for a two headlight car and the other for a four headlight car. Neither of them show a tachometer wire from the distributor to the firewall. Pretty sure it's the dark brown wire. It's a spyder...
