The dealership....
They'll try to compensate by deducting more off the price of the car to try to bring your payment you know now anytime the dealership needs to rewrite the contract, you can decide to not take the car on it and keep looking.

To buy another car the neq eq will have to be refinanced (technically finance companies dont finance, my finance agreement is deposit then monthly installments for 5 years which pays off the car in full neg eq but dealers....

My ex-wife bought a Vectra form welcome back in 09/2006 i was young and stupid to the way of finance (early 20's)
the welcome rep took ages trying to get my partner approved for finance for this loan
and was advising he was trying every way possible...

I did a VS on a car a few years ago....
The car cannot be taken back without a court then the car could be resold for a low value and you would still be liable for the balance.
And at an amount you can afford this could be an option .
