This has been touched on before in previous threads, but does anyone have a link to the actual law regarding my obligation to paying a 'Parking Charge Notice'. People have offered opinions but I could do with the facts to put my mind... Don't hire a car and started off using the shuttles, but got fed up when they were always late or full so after 4 days we started using taxis , I ride trolley and the lynx bus to get us to the parks.
